Presentation of Jhengsing Junior High School, Taiwan

Hello, everyone:

We are from Kaohsiung Municipal Jhengsing Junior High School, Taiwan. There are 20 students in the iEARN club. Our teacher is Margaret Chen. Since last week we have started my street people project. We work in groups and meet once a week for the project. The following video is the students’ self-introductions:

Our school, Kaohsiung Municipal Jhengsing Junior High School, was founded in 1994. The school has 57 classes, including 19 classes in grade 7, 18 classes in grade 8, and 20 classes in grade 9. We have a lot of activities, like camping, school trips, an annual sports meet, basketball games, marathon running, and so on. We also have diverse clubs, such as the chorus the school orchestra, the dance club, the community service club, the handicraft club, various sports club, the science club, etc. You can learn more about us from the school video:

We stay at school for a long time. The students are required to arrive at school by 7:30 a.m. A typical school day ends at 5:00 p.m. Though we usually have a lot of homework or tests, we like to do the project with the partners around the world. It is very interesting! We are happy to do the project and would like to share our street stories with you.
